During my internship at the Supreme Court of India, under Adv. D. Bharat Kumar, I had the opportunity to work closely with renowned legal professionals and learned extensively about the practice and procedures of the Supreme Court.
One of the highlights of my internship was working at the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, where I was involved in various aspects of consumer protection law. I assisted in drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Transfer Leave Petitions, and rejoinders, which provided me with a hands-on experience in the appellate process in the Supreme Court.
In addition, I conducted thorough research on the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and analysed numerous case laws about the same. This allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework surrounding consumer rights and the remedies available to aggrieved consumers.
Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work on a high-profile property dispute case, which enabled me to delve into various areas of law. I worked on cases involving aspects of constitutional law, criminal law, as well as the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. By working on this complex case, I developed the ability to analyse legal issues from different perspectives and to provide well-rounded legal arguments.

During my time under his mentorship, I delved into the intricacies of constitutional matters, honing my skills and expanding my understanding of this vital area of law.
As an intern, I actively participated in drafting rejoinders and conducting extensive research on topics related to property disputes and family matters. This involved analysing case precedents, statutes, and legal doctrines to provide comprehensive and insightful solutions to complex legal issues. Through my research, I gained valuable insights into the intricacies of these areas and developed a critical eye for detail.

During my internship at the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) in Jaipur, I had the privilege of engaging in diverse tasks that significantly contributed to my growth as a legal professional. As an intern at CAT, I was entrusted with the responsibility of reviewing petitions. I meticulously read and analysed each petition, thoroughly examining the facts, legal arguments, and relevant statutes. Subsequently, I prepared comprehensive reports that provided a concise summary of the petitions, highlighting the key issues and legal considerations involved. Throughout my internship, I actively participated in court proceedings focusing on matters related to public service or public servants. This invaluable opportunity allowed me to witness the application of legal principles in real-time and gain insights into the nuances of the judicial process. By regularly attending these proceedings, I developed a deeper understanding of the legal intricacies surrounding public service and public servant cases.
Within the realm of major governmental services, particularly Railway services, I specialized in handling transfer-related and pension cases. These cases involved complex legal issues and required in-depth research and analysis. I worked diligently to examine transfer requests, pension claims, and related disputes. Additionally, I prepared drafts, notices, and rejoinders to effectively present our clients' arguments before the tribunal.
During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including those related to compensation, compassionate employment, and Employers Provident Fund (EPF). I delved into the intricacies of these matters, conducting extensive research and analysis to develop well-founded legal arguments. Furthermore, I actively contributed to the preparation of drafts, notices, and rejoinders, ensuring that our clients' interests were effectively represented.

In the very beginning, I was provided with guidance on various research methods. One of the significant projects I worked on was a research study focused on assessing the "Efficiency of women police officers in Mumbai". I was involved in the entire research process, formulating a research question and drafting a hypothesis. I played a pivotal role in creating a comprehensive questionnaire and conducting a thorough literature review. My assigned area of focus was the Vasai-Virar region in Mumbai, where I delved into the plans implemented by the Maharashtra legislation. Throughout this project, I had to work closely with the senior researchers and gain hands-on experience in data collection. I actively participated in designing and implementing a survey to gather relevant data. At the culmination of this research project, I was responsible for compiling the collected data. I prepared a detailed research report, which highlighted the findings, conclusions, and recommendations regarding the efficiency of women police officers in the Vasai-Virar area. In the subsequent month, I had work on a different research project focused on Rehabilitation and Resettlement concerns related to acquisitions at the state level. Here, my main task was to conduct research on project-induced displacement and displacement caused by disasters. I identified gaps and shortcomings in previous researches and delved into the root causes behind the implementation challenges. I conducted research in Akkrapatti Village. I collected data on various aspects such as occupation, compensation, housing facilities, and civic amenities provided to individuals affected by acquisitions and displacements. Through this experience, I gained a deeper understanding of the practical implications of legal research and the importance of addressing the concerns of affected populations.

I had the incredible opportunity to intern at the BSK Legal – Solicitors and advocates under Supreme Court advocate Sanjay K. Chadha. This internship, although conducted virtually, provided me with invaluable insights into the art of advocacy and the presentation of arguments.
As part of my daily routine, I attended virtual Supreme Court proceedings, immersing myself in the live cases and observing the arguments presented. In the evenings, I diligently delved into the legal domain of the morning's case laws, thoroughly reading and analyzing them. Additionally, regular group sessions were organised where we discussed specific fields of law, enabling us to gain a comprehensive understanding of various legal areas.
I was entrusted with the responsibility of conducting research for ongoing cases. I was assigned to work on cases spanning trial courts, consumer courts, company courts, the Competition Commission, Competition Appellate Tribunal, Customs, Excise and Gold (Control) Appellate Tribunal, all High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. This diverse exposure allowed me to gain practical experience in areas such as criminal law, consumer law, writ petitions, commercial disputes, civil matters, and arbitration proceedings.
During the internship, the lectures covered a wide range of topics, including Insurance Law, Labour Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Environmental Law, RTI Law, Law relating to Women, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Personal Laws, and practical aspects of litigation. Active participation and attentive listening were encouraged, and we were expected to take detailed notes, which often included Sir's personal anecdotes related to law, advocacy, and litigation.

During my internship at The LawDesk in Jaipur, I had the incredible opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain exposure to various issues within the field. Throughout my time at the firm, I actively engaged with diverse fields and delved into the complexities of several important acts, including The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, The SARFAESI Act, The Trademark Act, The Consumer Protection Act, The Central Goods and Service Act, Intellectual Property Rights, The Indian Trust Act, and The Companies Act.
One of my key responsibilities during the internship was assisting in the drafting of legal opinions, review petitions, and various case briefs. This involved conducting thorough research, analyzing relevant legal precedents, and presenting concise and well-structured summaries. Additionally, I was entrusted with the task of creating briefs and summaries specifically related to consumer matters, enabling me to develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer protection laws and their practical applications.
Moreover, I was given the opportunity to engage in drafting work, including Public Interest Litigation (PIL) documents, replies, rejoinders, written arguments, and first appeals. These tasks honed my legal drafting skills and required meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. I was able to contribute to the firm's legal strategies and gain a deeper understanding of the nuances of legal proceedings.
Furthermore, I had the responsibility of handling notices and drafting appropriate responses to them. This involved careful examination of the legal issues at hand, crafting well-reasoned responses, and ensuring timely submission. Through this experience, I developed a practical understanding of the importance of effective communication and the significance of proper legal representation.

During my internship in guidence of Vandana Sharma at the esteemed Rajasthan High Court, I had the opportunity to gain valuable insights and hands-on experience in the legal field. As a legal intern, my responsibilities primarily revolved around conducting thorough research and preparing briefs for specific cases assigned to me.
One of the key aspects of my internship was the extensive research work I undertook, which involved delving into various aspects related to Constitutional Law, Indian Contract Act 1872, Code of Civil Procedure 1908, Indian Penal Code 1860, and Service Law. This provided me with a comprehensive understanding of these crucial legal frameworks and their practical applications in the courtroom. In addition to conducting legal research, I actively participated in observing court proceedings. This involved closely monitoring item numbers and attentively observing the court proceedings, enabling me to gain practical exposure to the dynamics of a functioning courtroom. This experience significantly enhanced my understanding of legal proceedings and the intricacies of the judicial process. Throughout my internship, I was also entrusted with specific legal propositions on which I was required to conduct in-depth research. This responsibility further honed my research and analytical skills, as well as my ability to critically analyze complex legal issues and provide comprehensive solutions. Working at Rajasthan High Court not only exposed me to a wide range of legal matters but also allowed me to witness the practical application of legal principles in a professional setting. The experience helped me develop a deep appreciation for the intricacies of the legal system and the importance of meticulous research and preparation in the pursuit of justice.
